These terms and conditions of purchase, together with the online order form submitted upon acceptance thereof,
constitute a binding contract between the Centre and the user (hereinafter, "the Student") who
enrols on any of the training courses offered by the Centre. When submitting your application for
enrolment, you must tick the box "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Enrolment" (hereinafter
"Terms and Conditions") which appears next to the form; or tick the box "I have read and accept the
terms and conditions of Educa Edtech Group" available on any of the payment gateways and/or methods
provided by the Centre. By ticking this box, the Student confirms that they have read the
present terms and conditions, declares that they accept them and gives their express consent to the entire content of the
contract in the version published at the time of their acceptance, undertaking without reservation to
comply with them.
1. Identification of the parties
These Terms and Conditions have been approved by Educa Edtech Group and, consequently, in accordance with
Article 10 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce
(hereinafter "LSSICE"), any reference to the "Centre" shall be understood to refer to
the entity with which you have contracted your training course. These entities are listed in
clause 17 of these Terms and Conditions. The Student is identified by the details
provided on the order or enrolment form and is responsible for ensuring that these are true,
up-to-date and accurate. The Student declares that they are over EIGHTEEN (18) years of age,
have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and are acting in their own name as a natural person or on
behalf of a legal entity. In the latter case, the Student expressly declares that they have
sufficient authority for such representation. The Centre may refuse to process order requests or
cancel the Student’s accounts where the details provided are inaccurate, false or
incomplete.
2. Purpose
This contract sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the enrolment by the
Student in the Centre’s training services through their registration for the training course
selected by the Student from amongst those offered on the Website. These terms and conditions are
drawn up and governed in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which
approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (hereinafter
"TRLGDCU"); Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contract Terms and Conditions; the
LSSICE; the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the
processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing
Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter "GDPR"); and Organic Law
3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter
"LOPDGDD").
3. Description of products and services
3.1. The Website offers various types of training programmes ("Courses"; "Expert Courses",
"Master’s programmes", amongst others) delivered both via "distance learning" and "online" (hereinafter "the
programmes" or "the training course").
3.2. Programmes delivered via "distance learning" are those in which the
student is provided with teaching materials (normally books, exercise books and assessment papers
in paper format) to facilitate their study and the completion of the course for which they are enrolled; they must
return the assessment papers specified for each course to the Centre by post. In the
"online" mode, the teaching materials will be available in digital format via an
online platform from which the Student may undertake their studies and progress through the course,
completing each of the practical activities available and taking the
assessment tests set.
3.3. Students will have access to a tutorial service provided by the Centre’s lecturers, whose role
will focus on answering their academic queries; guiding them in their studies; marking their
practical exercises or other types of assessment, as well as providing them with
supplementary study material they deem appropriate during the duration of the training programme. The
means established by the Centre for communicating with lecturers will primarily be the virtual campus;
the telephone; email; and any other channels provided for this purpose. If a
training course does not include the tutoring service described above, this will be expressly stated in
the course information sheet available on the Centre’s website.
The following information is included on the individual record for each training course:
- Delivery method;
- Price;
- Possibility of physical materials;
- Course dates;
- Curriculum and,
- Other features or aspects for students to bear in mind.
3.4. Upon completion of the training course, and provided the relevant assessment tests are passed,
the student will be awarded a qualification issued by the Centre. Some of our
training programmes are supported or run in collaboration with third-party organisations (universities, business
schools, etc.) and, as such, additional requirements may apply for obtaining the qualification,
such as the number of times the course content is accessed; completion of a set number of study hours; passing
various assessments with a specific mark, etc. In any case, both the information on the
website for each training programme and the information provided by the Centre’s
tutors will be made available to the student at all times, as will details of any specific deadlines
for completing the training courses.
3.5. Tutors are solely responsible and authorised to assess whether students pass or fail
the various assessments and projects set by the student. Under no circumstances shall payment for the
training course entail the mandatory issuance and subsequent dispatch of the relevant certificate, as this
is conditional upon fulfilment of all the requirements previously communicated by
the tutors. Within the framework of our training programmes, it is imperative to guarantee academic integrity
and the authenticity of the projects submitted by our students. To this end,
the training programmes have an anti-plagiarism policy designed to safeguard intellectual honesty
and promote an ethical educational environment. This policy means that all activities and
projects submitted by the student may be subject to thorough verification measures to
ensure their originality. These measures may include, but are not limited to, the use of
advanced plagiarism detection tools; review of work by experts; and
comparison with relevant reference sources, amongst other tools established by the Centre.
The results of this check will be communicated to the student. Should
the percentage of plagiarism be equal to or greater than 25.00%, this will result in the
submitted project being failed.
3.6. The final projects or dissertations required to pass certain courses are not
subject to a maximum timeframe for marking by lecturers and, consequently, given
their expertise and level of dedication and excellence in their work, they enjoy complete
independence and freedom at an academic and professional level, enabling them to devote the necessary and
essential time required to ensure the originality, coherence and any other attributes that
a project of this magnitude must possess.
3.7. The Centre shall inform the student of the maximum period allowed to complete the
training course for which they have enrolled. Once the relevant deadline has passed, the student
will be granted a free extension (teaching staff will inform the student whether or not they are
entitled to a free extension) starting from the scheduled completion date. If this period elapses
without the student having met the requirements set out by the Centre’s staff, the training course will be deemed
to have been completed, and the student will not be entitled to request the award of the
, whilst the student will retain access to the online campus strictly for reference purposes only,
without the possibility of making progress or submitting assignments. Similarly, it shall be a prerequisite and
essential condition for the completion of the training courses undertaken, as well as for the issue and
dispatch of the certificate, that the minimum training period has been completed, this being ONE (1) day for
every EIGHT (8) hours of the training course undertaken. The approximate timeframe for the issue
of the relevant certificate is between FOUR (4) and SIX (6) months from the date of
formal completion. This period is established in order to carry out a
meticulous issuing process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the document. Those official certificates
issued by educational institutions are subject to specific
issuance deadlines, which the student should check with the Centre.
3.8. The Student accepts that the aforementioned deadline may be extended due to
exceptional circumstances or force majeure. Should the Student require further information or have
questions regarding the status of their application, they are urged to contact the
Student Support department. Notwithstanding the above, the Student shall have a maximum period until the
completion of the training course in which they have enrolled. If this period elapses without the
Student having taken the final assessment tests, the training course will be deemed to have concluded without the award of
a qualification. In such cases, the student may request an extension of their enrolment, subject to a fee, for an
additional period of the same duration as that initially established for the training course, with
the opportunity to sit the assessments and obtain the qualification. The costs associated with the
extension of enrolment are as follows:
| Training Programme |
Cost of Extension |
| Courses/Experts/Higher Education Courses/Postgraduate Studies |
85,00€ |
| Master’s degree |
495,00€ |
If the cost of a course enrolment made by a student is less than €85.00 or €495.00, as
set out in the table above, the cost of extending the enrolled training course
will be equal to the amount initially paid by the student upon enrolment. *Training courses
undertaken through Continuing Professional Development for employees and companies do NOT include an additional
free extension. Once the maximum duration set by the Centre has elapsed without the student having met the requirements
inherent to such training programmes, the student may extend the duration of their training course
by paying the tuition fee specified by the Centre.
3.9. The Centre reserves the right to cancel the student’s enrolment, without the student being entitled to
a refund and/or to waive any outstanding fees, in the event that they make obscene comments;
disrespects the teachers or the Centre’s staff; infringes the intellectual property rights of
the Centre’s content; or in any other circumstances that may damage the Centre’s
reputation.
3.10. Policy on the Issuing of Duplicate Qualifications and Other Academic Certificates. Once the
student has successfully met all the academic requirements set by the
Centre and those specified by the lecturers, they may request the issue of the relevant academic documentation
in question. This documentation will include the personal information appearing on the identity document
with which the Student has identified themselves at the Centre; no
alterations or modifications may be made to this information. Apostilles, certified copies or other procedures
requested by the student in relation to qualifications or other academic documents are
subject to specific timeframes set by third parties outside the Centre and, as such, will be communicated
in advance to the student by the Centre’s staff. Under no circumstances shall the Centre be
liable should the deadlines initially communicated to the student be exceeded. For further
clarification, please find attached the fees policy which the student must adhere to for the application and
issuance of academic documents:

4. Purchasing process
1. Any user may access the information and prices for each training course available on the
Website. 2. Before making a purchase or placing an order, users may ask any questions they may have
on the matter free of charge by using the chat service, the enquiry form, or by contacting us
by telephone or via the email address provided in the "Contact" section of the Website,
having first accepted our Privacy Policy. 3. If you have decided to complete your enrolment
directly via the Website, you must fill in the fields marked as
"mandatory" on the relevant form. You must select the payment method and enter the
required details for the chosen method, as well as ticking the box, if they so wish, to
pay in instalments. For further information, the Student should refer to the "Payment Methods"
section of these terms and conditions. 4. In order to complete the purchase process, the Student must
tick the box marked "I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Enrolment", which links to this text.
By ticking this box, the Student expressly declares that they have read and understood all the
provisions of the contract and accept them without reservation. The contract shall be finalised upon
receipt of the application by the Centre. 5. Upon completion of the process, the Centre will send an
acknowledgement of receipt by email or another equivalent means of electronic communication. A training
adviser from the Centre will contact the Student by telephone and, if this is not possible, by
email, in order to confirm all personal details for enrolment, the method of payment and the dispatch
of materials, if applicable. Throughout the purchase process, the student may clarify any queries
using the contact details provided on our website. The use of these channels for
processing the order will not incur any additional cost to the student. 6. Once enrolled,
the student will have access to an intranet called "MYLXP" where they can view the list of
training courses they have enrolled in and where they can consult the general terms and conditions accepted by the student
so that these are always available for review. 7. If the training course
enrolled in is undertaken using the training credit provided by the student’s
student’s employer, that is, through the "Continuing Professional Development for Employees and Companies" scheme, it must
be undertaken via the virtual campus of the Instituto Europeo de Estudios Empresariales, S.A.U.,
regardless of which organisation within the Educa Edtech Group the
chosen training course was contracted with.
5. Delivery
If the training course includes teaching materials in physical format, these will be dispatched via
a courier service available in the recipient’s area, within 24 to 48 hours of
confirmation of the details in accordance with the "Purchase Process" section of these terms and conditions.
The price of the products does NOT include VAT, postage or home delivery. The above rates do not apply
outside mainland Spain (the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands); in such cases,
the terms and conditions for the dispatch of materials must be checked in advance. Deliveries will be made to the address
provided by the Student during the enrolment process. The Student shall be responsible for the accuracy
of the delivery address details. The delivery time slot chosen by the Student (mornings or
afternoons) is for guidance only; we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place at the chosen time, although the
Centre will offer the Student an alternative should it not be possible to deliver within the
requested conditions. In the event of any delay in the delivery of parcels, the Student must contact
the Centre as soon as possible so that it can offer a solution to the issue. To
report such incidents, the Student must use any of the contact methods
set out in these terms and conditions. Any materials that may be included in the training course
enrolled on (textbooks, briefcases, rucksacks, pens, tablets, etc.) will be charged at the cost
indicated in the course description for the training course enrolled on.
6. Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 102 of the TRLGDCU, the student may exercise their RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL within
FOURTEEN (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the teaching materials for
"distance learning" courses or from the date of receipt of the login details
for the virtual campus in the "online" mode. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is not
subject to any formal requirements; it is sufficient for the student to notify the Centre of their intention within
the period specified above, stating their name, full address and, if available, their
telephone number and email address; by submitting the
withdrawal form available on the website or by requesting it directly from the Centre and subsequently
sending it by email to the Centre specified in clause 17 of these
; or by returning the teaching materials received, indicating on the
parcel their unequivocal declaration of withdrawal and specifying the invoice number or personal details
used during enrolment. Where teaching materials have been supplied, the Student
must return them in perfect condition, with the STUDENT BEING RESPONSIBLE for the return costs, as
well as for any damage to said materials, in accordance with Article 108 of the TRLGDCU. The
return must be made in the same condition as when received, which means that the teaching
materials must be returned in a condition that does not indicate misuse or go beyond merely
checking that they are in good condition and working order. Once the Student has exercised their right of
withdrawal, the amounts paid by them will be refunded within a
maximum period of FOURTEEN (14) calendar days, and the Student’s enrolment and access to the
tutoring service and the virtual campus will be cancelled. Notwithstanding the above, in the case of training courses
delivered via "distance learning", the Centre may withhold the refund until
it has received the teaching materials to be returned by the Student. If the Student has
completed the training course in full and submitted the assessment tests to obtain
the qualification on or before the date of their notification to exercise their right of withdrawal,
that right shall not apply in accordance with Article 103(a) of the TRLGDCU.
7. Additional services
The Centre offers students, as an additional service to their enrolled course,
a national work placement scheme (Spain; please consult the Centre regarding other countries) to enhance
student’s academic development, designed to facilitate their entry into the labour market and the acquisition or updating
of professional skills. Such services will be subject to specific conditions which the
student must accept prior to taking them up. Under no circumstances shall the student be subject to
payments or other obligations for services other than those covered by these terms and conditions without
their express prior consent. The deadline for applying for work placements is THREE (3) months from
notification of completion for "Course" programmes or those equivalent in duration and
number of hours; and SIX (6) months in the case of "Master’s" programmes or those equivalent in duration
and number of hours. In the case of "Master’s" programmes, the Internships Department shall have ONE (1) year to
carry out the process of finding companies. For work placements on "Courses" training programmes,
the Centre will not undertake any activities relating to the search for external work placements (though it
will carry out the administrative tasks associated with the placements) and, therefore, this will be the
sole responsibility of the student. The period for finding and commencing the work placement must coincide with the
THREE (3) month period set for the work placement application. The completion of this type of work placement may
be limited due to the student’s personal or professional circumstances, specifically due to the
requirements set by the organisations hosting the students; or due to
temporary or geographical availability. Notwithstanding the above, the Centre will make every
effort to find an alternative. This service is supplementary and, under no circumstances, should it
be understood that the Centre’s entire training programme directly includes this option for
the student. Consequently, it will be the Centre’s staff who are responsible for informing the student about
this option. In any event, in order for the student to request the service referred to
in this clause, they must have paid at least 60,00% of the total tuition fee and
have completed at least 60,00% of the course they are undertaking.
7.1. Internship Rejection Policy. Students may reject a maximum of TWO (2) companies where
they are to undertake their work placement. The following shall not constitute valid grounds for rejecting an internship: failure to obtain
financial support; the inability to take up employment with the company where the internship is to be carried out; and
any other situations not attributable to force majeure.
8. Financial conditions
The price of each training course is shown on the individual course page accessible on the Website without
the need to provide personal details, register or enrol in advance. This price includes
all applicable taxes and delivery charges, and is the total amount payable by the Student.
Where this option is available for a particular training course, the total price may be paid in instalments if
the Student requests this when selecting the «payment method»; a pop-up window will then appear showing the instalment periods
available, depending on the total amount and the payment method. Unless otherwise stated, payment in instalments
will not entail any interest or additional costs for the
Student. Paying in instalments will allow you to choose the option that best suits you from our
available payment options. As a subscriber to the Centre, you will be charged once a month on the day you
subscribed, until the selected instalments have been paid in full. Once the FOURTEEN (14) days
allotted for exercising the right of withdrawal, both the Student and the person undertaking
to make the payment – that is, if such an obligation falls upon a third party – are jointly and severally liable to
pay the full amount of the contracted training course. In the event of non-payment of an
instalment by the Student, the Centre is entitled to claim the full amount of the debt, comprising both
the instalment due and any outstanding balance. Furthermore, any applicable instalment shall include any
bank or administrative charges that may arise from the failure to meet the payment obligation, with
these charges being borne by the parties liable. The mere failure to pay the tuition fee or any of the
instalments agreed with the Centre or the financial institutions chosen during the
enrolment process, in accordance with the due dates established for each payment method, may result in the
temporary suspension of the student’s access to the teaching materials and, where applicable, the
cancellation of enrolment and any effects it may have produced, without entitlement to a refund. By
accepting these Terms and Conditions, the student is obliged to pay the full cost of their
tuition fees, regardless of whether they have decided to withdraw from the course during the
periods in which it is being delivered.
8.1. Accepted payment methods
Below is a list of the payment methods available on each of the websites:
- Cash on delivery (method available in Spain): You can pay for your purchases directly to the
courier when you receive your order.
- Card: You can pay the full amount of your purchase by card, using the
payment gateway. For the payment to be accepted by the system, it is essential that
the option to make online payments is enabled on your credit card.
- PayPal: You can pay for your purchases via the secure PayPal payment gateway, which is directly
integrated into our website.
- Bank transfer: If you choose this payment option, you must pay the relevant amount
by bank transfer to one of our accounts (you must include your
identification number in the payment reference so that we can correctly identify the transaction). We
Cheques or similar payment methods will not be accepted into any of our bank accounts.
- Payment can be made via the payment providers available on the payment gateway, once
the training course has been selected and the student has confirmed their enrolment.
- There are other payment platforms available, such as Flywire, Dlocal, Adyen, Ebank and Stripe.
- Bizum. The payment methods listed here will only be available for certain
training courses.
8.2. Financial institutions
The Centre has entered into agreements with highly reputable financial institutions, both nationally and
internationally, to offer its students the best options for financing their tuition fees.
If the student chooses to pay for the course booked with the Centre via any of
the financial institutions listed on its website as 'payment methods', the issue of the certificate
will, in all cases, be subject to the student’s full payment of the instalments agreed with the
chosen financial institution.
The user agrees that all their personal data may be transferred in full to Aplazame, Sequra or
the financial institution featured on the website from the moment the user initiates the process of
contracting the deferred payment service offered by the latter when selecting the payment method. This
consent extends to third parties who may need to access the data files for the proper fulfilment of the
contract.
8.3. Payment methods
To proceed with payment, the student must follow each and every one of the instructions displayed
during the enrolment process described above. All payment methods provided by the
Centre are subject to verification and authorisation by the issuers of the
payment method (card issuers and/or payment account issuers); however, if such an issuer does not authorise
the payment, it will not be possible to continue with the purchase process that has been initiated, and the purchase and/or order will be automatically
cancelled, with the contract for the requested service
requested shall be deemed not to have taken place. The charge for the price of the services, the delivery costs – where applicable – and
any applicable taxes will only be made at the time of
finalising the contract, unless the Centre states otherwise. To process the
electronic payment, the Centre has installed an e-commerce payment gateway provided by
financial institutions authorised for this purpose. All data provided to the Centre is duly
encrypted to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, and is hosted on a secure server
certified in accordance with the «Secure Socket Layer» (SSL) protocol. Under no circumstances will
the Centre store the card details provided by the student via the payment gateway,
and these will only be retained whilst the purchase is being made, the payment is being processed and until the
the withdrawal period has elapsed, so that the relevant amounts can be refunded.
The financing terms will correspond to those agreed by the student with the
financial institutions chosen by them during the enrolment process and upon signing the
financing contract.
8.4. Failure to Pay
In the event of non-compliance by the party liable for payment, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and given that this
clause applies to deferred payments, the party liable for payment shall be liable not only for the payment of the
principal amount due, but also for the applicable interest on arrears. If, following notification of
non-payment by the Centre, no satisfactory response is received from the party liable for payment, they will be
required to pay the amount due within a maximum period of SEVEN (07) calendar days. Should
this deadline not be met, the following actions may be taken: the adoption of appropriate
appropriate legal measures to recover the debt; and the invoicing of costs arising from the
collection process, which shall be borne in full by the party liable for payment, in accordance with the legislation
in force. Furthermore, the party liable for payment may contact the
accounts department to explore settlement options and avoid the accumulation of interest and
additional costs. The Centre requires, as a precondition for new enrolment or the issue of degrees or
certificates, that any outstanding amounts relating to any previously enrolled study programme
be settled, together with any late payment interest or bank and administration charges that
may apply.
9. Intellectual and industrial property
All elements of the Website, the platform and the training courses are the exclusive property of the
Centre or are subject to authorisation or a licence granted by the holders of the rights to
their use. Furthermore, all trade names, trade marks or distinctive signs, logos, symbols,
combined, figurative or word marks appearing on this Website belong to the Centre or,
subject to prior authorisation, the Centre has the right to use them, and they are protected by the
in force in this regard. Upon enrolling on a training course, the Student is granted a licence to use
the course content, on a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable basis; consequently, this licence
extend to third-party users, nor to any other companies or organisations with which
the Student maintains or may maintain any shareholding or commercial relationship. The Student may not,
under any circumstances, unless they have the Centre’s express written consent:
- To disclose or reveal your username and password to third parties;
- To allow third parties access to the content of the course that has been booked;
- To distribute, communicate, reproduce or copy the course content, in any format or medium.
Failure to comply with the provisions of this clause shall constitute grounds for early and
automatic termination of the contract, without the need for prior notice, without prejudice to the
of the Student in respect of infringements of intellectual and industrial property rights
owned by the Centre or by third parties. Any use or service not expressly authorised in
these Terms and Conditions must be requested by the Student from the Centre, so that the Centre may consider a possible
extension of the licence or the provision of new services, subject to the conditions agreed
by the parties. Under no circumstances may the Student conceal, impair or obscure the visibility of the
trademarks, logos, company name and other industrial and/or intellectual property rights of the
Centre on the platform or in the educational content. The intellectual and
industrial property rights shall remain with the Centre in respect of the platform and all its content; the Student must respect these rights,
and may not, for example, delete or conceal them. Any infringement of the
intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to the Centre, as well as those of its
affiliates and partners, entitles the Centre to cancel and/or annul any orders or enrolments that
have been formalised by the infringing natural or legal persons.
10. Other educational establishments
Organisations wishing to procure training courses from this website in order to offer or distribute them
to their own students, whether they are companies or individuals, must first request
express authorisation from the Centre in order to include them in their catalogue, which must always provide
clear and unambiguous information regarding the Centre’s role as the provider,
with such organisations limiting themselves to presenting themselves as providers or consultancy firms. Under no circumstances may they
include in their catalogues the Centre’s training courses that are officially recognised, accredited or delivered
in conjunction with other educational institutions, particularly university degrees.
Once authorisation has been obtained, these centres must publish the training courses at a price higher than
that set for them on the Centre’s website.
11. Language
These terms and conditions are set out in Spanish. The Centre may translate these
terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, or any other operating rules, policies or
procedures that may be published on the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Spanish-language version
shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
12. Data protection
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, we hereby inform you that your data will be incorporated into the
Centre’s data processing system for the purpose of responding to your enquiries and fulfilling the contract to which
the data subject is a party. In compliance with current legislation, the Centre hereby informs you that the data
will be retained for the period strictly necessary to comply with the provisions mentioned
above. The Centre hereby informs you that it will process your data in a lawful, fair,
transparent, appropriate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. In this regard, the Centre
undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure that such data is erased or rectified without delay
where it is inaccurate. In accordance with the rights conferred upon you by current data protection legislation,
you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure,
data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data by sending your request to the
postal address indicated above or to the email address lopd@innovanet.org.
The processing of your personal data is lawful, once you have given your consent,
in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We would like to inform you that you may
withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time
by sending an email to the following email address: lopd@innovanet.org.
You may contact the relevant supervisory authority to lodge any complaint you deem
appropriate.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any
dispute or matter relating to the Website or these legal terms and conditions shall be resolved
before the courts and tribunals of the city of Granada (Spain). Should the Student be
classified as a Consumer or User in accordance with the definitions set out in the TRLGDCU, any such
disputes shall be resolved before the Courts and Tribunals of the Student’s place of residence. In the
event that any of the provisions set out in this contract are declared null and void or without
effect, in whole or in part, by any court or competent authority, the remaining provisions
shall remain valid, unless the parties mutually agree to terminate the agreement. The
agreements, clauses and conditions contained in this document constitute the formal and
definitive expression of the parties’ intentions, and shall be interpreted in the light of one another,
with any ambiguous provisions being given the meaning derived from the document as a whole. The Student also has access
to an online dispute resolution system managed by the European Commission via the
following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES
In accordance with the provisions of the TRLGDCU, please note that: "Consumers and users have the
right to require the Centre to draw up a contract; the courses provided, unless
otherwise stated, do not fall within the scope of officially regulated education (Early
Early Years Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Vocational Training (FP), A-Levels,
Undergraduate Degree, Official Master’s Degree and PhD). It is therefore a form of
complementary and/or specialised training, aimed at acquiring specific professional competences,
